- Audited financial statements for three years
- Current-year management accounts
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Copy of NTN certificate
- Tax returns for the last three years
- Company / business profile
- Last one-year bank statement, signed and stamped
- Board resolution
- Valid CNIC copies of directors
- Two passport-size photographs of the CEO
- Copy of rent agreement, if applicable
