Our history

UDL Group began its operations in 1887 and initially became a distributor of W.D. & H.O. Wills cigarettes in undivided India. After partition, offices were established in major cities across Pakistan.
Across the decades since 1947, many multinational and large Pakistani companies have maintained business relationships with the group. The ownership and management of the group was divided into sub-groups within the family in the early 1990s and again in 2010.
This part of the UDL Group is currently engaged in Islamic financing and trading activities through UDL FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED.
